Key Responsibilities in this Role:
We embody values of being refreshing, responsive, and rigorous. We are seeking experienced analysts to establish a talented pool for potential opportunities in Corporate & Investment Banking and Investment Research. Our clients rely on us for various crucial tasks, including:
- Researching news, financial data, and company presentations for analyzed companies.
- Assessing companies' strengths and weaknesses based on industry, business, and financial risks.
- Developing and maintaining financial models in Microsoft Excel for forecasting and benchmarking companies on various metrics.
- Performing comprehensive company valuations using various methods.
- Updating financial models and databases regularly, including during earnings seasons.
- Preparing financial reports and presentations in English.
- Compiling information memoranda, company profiles, industry overviews, and more.
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in credit/equity research or investment banking advisory.
- Background in business administration, finance, economics, or accounting; CFA Level 1 or Master's in Finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis and Excel for financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with quantitative data.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- Flexible to accommodate client schedules and workload variations.
- Experience with databases like Capital IQ, Factset, or Thomson is advantageous.
