Con experiencia aproximada de 5 a 7 años.
Conocimientoen Influencer marketing, estrategia, ejecución y seguimiento de campañas con varios influenciadores simultáneamente, coordinación de actividades con equipos internos.

Algunas responsabilidades:

  • A nivel general será responsable de la unidad de influencer mkt y la coordinación de los equipos de creación, scoutting, legal, etc para su correcto funcionamiento.
  • Negociar y manejar los talentos, contratos y pagos con los creadores de contenido así como coliderar los contratos con los mismos.
  • Definir los tiers de creadores (Celebrities, Macro, micro, nano) así como engranar las big ideas y cocreación con los talentos, plataformas y marcas.
  • Seleccionar y proponer creadores de acuerdo a las estrategias y valores de marca para que una vez finalizada la selección tenga contacto directo con influenciadores, para pedir contenido y cumplimiento de cronograma de publicaciones.
