About the Role

Sagan is seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative influencer marketing campaigns that drive product engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development and Management:
    • Identify and engage with influencers to build strong partnerships.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships.
    • Design and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer strategies with overall marketing goals.
    • Contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Sheets, Notion, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with platforms like Upfluence, Grin, or other influencer outreach platforms.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
