As a
Back-Office Specialist, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.


Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Obtain shipment documents from vendors
  • Bills of lading, proof of deliveries, weight inspections, etc
  • Vendor bill management
  • Match bills received from vendors to bills inside Magaya and verify accuracy based on what is in Magaya
  • Prepare bills due for payment
  • Shipment invoicing
  • Send invoices and required documentation to clients
  • Sales people management/payment

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School or Bachelor's Degree.

  • Desirable experience with accounts payable and claims.

Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. (We work by the American calendar)

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
