Empresa de fabricación y comercialización de dispositivos médicos busca profesional, con amplia experiência en proyecto de IT, para analizar, planificar e implementar soluciones digitales.


Funciones del Cargo:

  • Trabajo interdisciplinario con socios comerciales de operaciones de ventas, marketing, servicio al cliente y finanzas para ofrecer soluciones de vanguardia.
  • Gestión de trámites y solicitudes de clientes y usuarios.
  • Trabajo con equipos de negocios y IT de LATAM para permitir la implementación de iniciativas clave en toda América Latina.
  • Implementación, desarrollo y seguimiento de proyectos IT.
  • Gestión de comunicaciones entre el personal de IT, proveedores y socios comerciales internos.
  • Análisis de oportunidades para mejorar procesos de negocio, incluida la priorización de la demanda.
  • Asegura que las partes interesadas del negocio cumplan con los conceptos y principios de Agile/Scrum.
  • Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo (internos y externos) para garantizar que las soluciones oportunas se entreguen de acuerdo con las especificaciones y las necesidades de implementación del negocio.
  • Garantiza el cumplimiento de las metodologías y estándares de BSC Global Systems.

Requisitos:

  • Alta experiência en la implementación de soluciones comerciales (CRM con enfasis en Salesforce, Marketing Digital).
  • Conocimiento de CPQ, deseable.
  • Experiência previa en el uso e implementación de tecnologías digitales/exponenciales (IA, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
  • 10+ años de experiência en proyectos de IT, profesional con MBA.


 Inglés C1
  • Avanzado.
  • Perfil centrado en traer tecnologías de primer nível impulsadas por el valor al BSC.
  • Experiência en data analytics
  • Scrum.
  • Experiência con integración ERP (preferiblemente con SAP).
