Como Business Development Manager, tu objetivo principal será liderar el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades comerciales dentro de una región o línea/cartera de productos específica.
Tu papel será asegurar negocios, analizar sectores, mercados y competidores para identificar nuevas oportunidades, y mantener y expandir relaciones con clientes nuevos y existentes.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Identificar y desarrollar relaciones con las partes interesadas clave: Serás responsable de establecer conexiones sólidas con actores clave en la industria, fomentando relaciones duraderas y beneficiosas tanto para nuestra empresa como para nuestros clientes.
Facilitar el acceso de las PYME según corresponda: Te encargarás de brindar apoyo a las pequeñas y medianas empresas para que puedan acceder a nuestras soluciones y aprovechar al máximo nuestras tecnologías innovadoras.
Establecer la demanda de Sensormatic como proveedor de soluciones: Utilizarás tus habilidades de persuasión y conocimientos del mercado para posicionar a Sensormatic como el proveedor líder de soluciones en el sector.
Identificar, calificar y cerrar oportunidades:
Serás responsable de identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, evaluar su viabilidad y cerrar acuerdos exitosos que impulsen el crecimiento de la empresa.
Comunicación propia y relaciones con los grupos de interés: Mantendrás una comunicación efectiva con los grupos de interés relevantes, tanto internos como externos, para garantizar una colaboración fluida y el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
Sensormatic Solutions:
Serás un defensor de las prácticas y metodologías de ventas establecidas por Sensormatic Solutions, asegurando la coherencia y el enfoque en la calidad y la excelencia en las ventas.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing o Comunicaciones. Grado en Ingeniería Electrónica/Administración/Industrial/Comercial también es deseable.
- Experiência mínima de 6 años en sistemas tecnológicos, especialmente en el sector de centros comerciales y minoristas.
- Nível intermedio de inglés, lo cual te permitirá comunicarte efectivamente en un entorno internacional.
- Conocimientos sólidos en seguridad electrónica y soluciones para el sector retail. Ser capaz de comprender las necesidades y desafíos específicos de nuestros clientes en este campo.
- Cartera de clientes establecida: Valoramos la capacidad de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio basadas en relaciones existentes y la experiência en el manejo de una cartera de clientes.
