PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

TU OBJETIVO SERÁ:
Asegurar la satisfacción de nuestro cliente Colgate a través de la gestión del mejoramiento continuo y eficiencia del servicio y el cumplimiento de sus necesidades operativas y comerciales en la región Andina.
TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Manejo comercial de la cuenta (cotizaciones spot, tarifarios, renegociación de tarifas terrestres).
- Presentación de indicadores (KPI).
- Preparación y presentación de Market Update, QBR, MBR.
- Presentación de alternativas logísticas para proyectos (ahorros, cost avoidance).
- Manejo de reclamos.
- Organización de workshop anual y team building cliente proveedor.
- Estructurar encuesta de satisfacción, monitoreo de resultados.
EXPERIENCIA, FORMACIÓN COMPETENCIAS REQUERIDAS
- Profesional en carreras administrativas o afines (Negocios, Administración, Ingeniería de Procesos).
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en cargos relacionados con comercio internacional.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en cargos comerciales.
- Experiência en manejo de metodologías ágiles
