**A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs inhouse servicing and repair of company products at established company repair site or service center.
  • Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.
  • Performs maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products.
  • Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
  • May communicate with fieldbased technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair, but generally without direct client contact.

Must Have:
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or professional technician in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or related.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience interacting with medical equipment.
  • Experience with electrical components and plans
  • Good communication, organization, teamwork and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (excel, word,ppt)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Adaptable and open to new knowledge
  • Intermediate level of English
