You are a specialist in a process, workstream, or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your process and service knowledge to ensure service level agreements and obligations are met. Co-own the development of standard operating procedures, driving standardization and simplification of processes. Provide input for training materials, ensure procedures comply with policies and the law, analyze exceptions, offer process improvement recommendations, and lead continuous improvement.

What you need to know
As a Communications and Events Advisor, you will support the People Services NALA team, coordinating communications, executing events, and providing logistical support.

Education / Certifications
- Communications, Design, or related field

- Previous experience with hybrid events

- Advanced English skills

Hybrid in Bogota, Colombia. No Relocation support available
