Requisito indispensable:
Ingles 85% y tener al menos 6 meses de experiência en Collections

Descripción del Trabajo:
Como Collections Specialist, serás el enlace clave para contactar a consumidores por teléfono, gestionar cuentas vencidas, y negociar acuerdos de pago.
Tu rol incluirá verificar y actualizar la información del consumidor mientras te aseguras de cumplir con todas las leyes federales, estatales y locales relacionadas con la recuperación de deudas.

- Contactar a consumidores por teléfono para recuperar cuentas vencidas.
- Negociar acuerdos de pago de manera efectiva y compasiva.
- Verificar y actualizar información crucial del consumidor.
- Cumplir con todas las leyes relacionadas con la recuperación de deudas.
- Alcanzar y superar las expectativas de rendimiento tanto a nível individual como de equipo.
Habilidades y Cualificaciones:
- Habilidad para desescalar situaciones con clientes molestos.
- Etiqueta telefónica impecable.
- Enfoque amigable y positivo en conversaciones difíciles.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno acelerado.
- Experiência en negociación de acuerdos de pago.

Comisiones:
- Mes 1, 2 y 3: 100 USD de bonificación para quien llegue a la meta de 2500USD en fees
- Mes 4 en adelante: 5% de los fees siempre y cuando se llegue a la meta de 5000USD en fees y 10% de los fees si se llega a 10000USD en fees o mas
