En el equipo de Operations de Cabify Logistics estamos buscando la persona idónea para que se incorpore como Fleet Analyst.


Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y ejecutor, y tendrás un rol clave con managers, especialistas, y analistas para apoyarte.


Sobre la posición:



¿Cómo nos ayudarás a lograr nuestra misión?

  • Cumplimiento del budget establecido para la inversión de estrategias de adquisición, fidelización y reactivación, siguiendo un plan de incentivos y bonificaciones.
  • Liderazgo del personal operacional vertical de fleet, asegurando el cumplimiento de las funciones asignadas de cada rol para el cumplimiento de níveles de servicio.
  • Garantizar la adquisición, retencion y programacion eficiente de la flota. (Flota propia y Flota fidelizada). Desarrollando iniciativas a lo largo de LTV de los socios conductores.
  • Garantizar el registro documental operacional del 100% de los conductores de transporte de carga. (Cumplimiento de las politicas de operación a conductors).
  • Implementar procesos y proyectos que permitan gestionar las novedades relacionadas con los vehículos y conductores de la flota tercerizada y propia.
  • Implementar modelos de gestion y medicion de indicadores claves en el proceso de adquisición, fidelización, conciliación y reporte de novedades.
  • Planificar el volumen de flota requerido para satisfacer la demanda de clientes con el fin de anticipar los recursos requeridos para el cumplimiento.
  • Desarrollar modelos de tarificación, beachmarking y vigilacia competitiva referentes a tarifas en el sector de transporte de carga para garantizar la competitividad de los valores ofertados por la compañia a conductores.
  • Garantizar la maxima utilización y eficiencia operacional de los activos (Vehículos propios) de la compañia y sus conductores.



¿Qué buscamos?:

  • Afinidad con nuestros principios.
  • Profesional en administración de empresas, administración logística, administración de transporte, ingeniería industrial o afines.
  • Experiência de 4 años o más en áreas relacionadas con logística y transporte de carga.
  • Experiência gestionando procesos de conciliación con conductores y adquisición de flota, así como experiência llevando equipos.
  • Contar con habilidades de negociación, comunicación y persuasión de personal.
  • Deseable: Conocimiento intermedio/avanzado en Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, o cualquier otra herramienta de análisis de datos.
