We are currently seeking a Operations Booking Coordinator to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming booking requests through various communication channels.
  • Oversee modifications or cancellations of bookings and ensure the system is updated accordingly.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding booking procedures.
  • Dispatch confirmation notifications to clients once bookings are finalized.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain precise records of customer profiles.
  • Adhere to company policies, regulations, and quality standards, including health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics and operations sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
