Resumen del puesto vacante:
El técnico de sistemas prestará asistencia a los sistemas PROFESSOR X y a la red. Debe estar cualificado y tener experiência en la gestión de datos.

-Debe hablar inglés B2+ y tener experiência en soporte informático o Help Desk.

  • Proporcionar soporte de primer nível y solucionar problemas con hardware, software, redes y dispositivos móviles.
  • Impartir formación a los usuarios sobre tecnologías ofimáticas.
  • Gestionar la configuración y el despliegue de nuevos ordenadores y dispositivos móviles con Microsoft Intune Autopilot.
  • Gestionar el aprovisionamiento de cuentas de Azure Active Directory.
  • Dar soporte a las solicitudes de cambio en Office Experiência en administración y redes Microsoft.
  • Documentar los procesos, procedimientos y problemas técnicos diarios.
  • Trabajar con supervisión limitada y priorizar tareas.
  • Escalar problemas significativos encontrados con la infraestructura de TI a otros miembros del equipo y ayudar a proporcionar una solución.

Cualificaciones:

  • Capacidad para gestionar el tiempo, las prioridades y las tareas.
  • Habilidades interpersonales para interactuar con usuarios y miembros del equipo.
  • Capacidad para analizar y solucionar problemas técnicos de forma independiente.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de redes TCP/IP, subredes, VLANS, NGFW, hardware informático y periféricos.
  • Experiência con teléfonos móviles y tabletas basados en Android e iOS.
  • Experiência en administración de Exchange, OneDrive y SharePoint.
  • Capacidad para solucionar problemas técnicos de forma remota

Must Have

- Nível de inglés conversacional B2 o superior

  • Servicio al cliente profesional.
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad de trabajar con supervisión mínima.
  • Atención al detalle y organización.
  • Educación mínima: Bachiller
  • Capacidad para estar periodos prolongados sentados en escritorio y trabajando en computador.
