About this Job

Responsibilities

  • Distribution of new cards once approval process is complete
  • Changes to card limits based on traveler profile
  • Communicate and promote program benefits, enhancements, and cardholder responsibilities
  • Reconcile card holder list with active employee file
  • Deactivating cards with inactive employees
  • Suspending cards of employees that don't submit expense reports in time
  • Training and Education on card approval process and expense reimbursement
  • Monthly cardholder and manager review and approval processes
  • Compliance reporting and reviews
  • Drive the analysis and recommendations for ongoing card program improvements
  • Engage business constituents on noncompliance and internal controls to improve protocols.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to management and or corporate security and risk as necessary for transparency and potential resolution
  • Support Ariba pay implementation
  • Support virtual card implementation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of card administration experience.
  • General accounting knowledge strongly preferred or proven analytical skills.
  • Selfmotivated; selfstarter; extremely proactive; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with internal customers.
  • Strong followup skills; ability to organize applicable timelines and follow up with customer needs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven experience in building and sustaining positive relationships.
