Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Daily monitoring of loads' status in DAT.
  • Constant updating of changes to the loads in DAT.
  • Update in internal TMS changes on the loads' rates.
  • Upload new live loads to DAT.
  • Update the rates for the loads already in DAT as per leaders requests and market conditions.
  • Create the copy cities for the different loads already live in DAT.
  • Update internal TMS location entry's with information of copy cities
  • Reupload givebacks loads.
  • Be attentive to the internal chat and communications to correctly update all the systems.
  • Guarantee that load's info matches in all systems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in international business, business administration, or logistics related.
  • Language: Advanced B2-C1 English level.
  • Experience in customer service or excellent attitude.

Perks:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
  • Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits
