As a **Load Planner/Logistics Coordinator,** you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Analyze shipment requirements, including product type, weight, and destination, to determine the most efficient loading plans.
- Build loads and upload the information into the system.
- Post load rates on load boards for visibility and accessibility.
- Data entry on load boards, portals, and TMS (Transport Management System). Make sure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation.
- Detect any issues that may arise in the logistics operation and ensure any deviance from the load plan is promptly communicated to adjust.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience working in logistics in track and trace, load planning, logistics and transportation operations. or similar positions
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. // 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar).
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellin. This position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe.
- **Salary**: 2'780.000 COP.
