As a** Load Planner/Logistics Coordinator,** you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Analyze shipment requirements, including product type, weight, and destination, to determine the most efficient loading plans.
- Build loads and upload the information into the system.
- Post load rates on load boards for visibility and accessibility.
- Data entry on load boards, portals, and TMS (Transport Management System). Make sure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation.
- Detect any issues that may arise in the logistics operation and ensure any deviance from the load plan is promptly communicated to adjust.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience working in logistics in track and trace, load planning, logistics and transportation operations, or any other related positions.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or higher is required.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (November to March) //** **Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (March to November), following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellin. This position will be **on-site** at WeWork Santa Fe.
- **Salary**: 2'780.000 COP.
