As a
Load Planner, you will be responsible for accepting tenders from our customers, building loads, and managing relationships with the different sites of the company across the country.


Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Schedule Appointments: Work with the Account Representative to accommodate customer's deadlines, schedule appointments for carriers to arrive at shipper or receiver location, and reschedule when necessary.
  • Understand the needs of planning for loading shippings to avoid misleadings.
  • Verify load details in TMS and set delivery appointments, matching shipments to appropriate information and paperwork.
  • Provide information in response to client's inquiries.
  • Ensures communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstanding among parties (follow up).

Minimum requirements:

Studies:High School Degree is required. University students or any logistics-related degree related would be a plus.

Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office or logistics.

Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks:

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the first month, the schedule will be Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for training. We work by the American calendar.

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Places: Only for Medellín. This position will be on-site at WeWork Santa Fe.

Salary: COP.
