Atención de peticiones, alertas e incidencias como Nivel 2 cumpliendo con los SLAs definidos en el servicio. Mantenimiento de entornos SAP complejos. Elaboración de la documentación técnica del servicio, incluyendo guías, procedimientos o mapas de arquitectura. Soporte a cliente actuando como consultor técnico.
