Las compañías farmacéuticas de Johnson & Johnson se dedican a tratar de resolver las necesidades médicas que no han sido cubiertas y que son importantes actualmente, como la Oncología (mieloma múltiple y cáncer de próstata), inmunología (artritis reumatoide, enfermedad del intestino irritable y psoriasis), neurociencia (esquizofrenia, demencia), enfermedades infecciosas (HIV/SIDA, la hepatitis C y tuberculosis).

Ese profesional será responsable por administrar el programa de soporte a pacientes (PSP) de Janssen northern clúster (Colombia, Perú y Ecuador), asegurando un alto nível de servicio, maximización de recursos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Soportar la gestión de la operación del programa, siendo el puente desde Janssen negocio y el tercero a cargo de la operación.
  • Garantizar acciones de mejoramiento continuo del programa para brindar mejores servicios a los pacientes, ayudándoles a cumplir los objetivos de su terapia.
  • Asegura la reputación de Janssen y cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos corporativos y la regulación local, en cuanto a compliance, farmacovigilancia y calidad.
  • Mantiene informados a los clientes internos de la evolución de los indicadores de gestión, a través de informes amigables y que brindan información estratégica para las marcas
  • Se asegura de que se tomen las acciones necesarias cuando los resultados no son los esperados
  • Lidera ciertos proyectos especiales de la agenda regional y local, asignados por su supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Profesionales graduados de carreras en administración o afines
  • Experiência de al menos 5 años.
  • Experiência previa en programas de soporte o servicio a pacientes en la industria farmacéutica o vendors de PSP
  • Requerido conocimiento de la industria farmacéutica, análisis de datos muy fuerte, acumen financiero para manejo de presupuestos
  • Deseable experiência liderando equipos
  • Inglés avanzado (al menos 80%)
