Job description:


The
Human Resources Officer manages the day-to-day operations such as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.

You will be responsible for all or part of these areas:

  • Conducting legal watch on the local scope and support to implement the work rules in the entity;
  • Organize the onboarding of employees (personal documents, contracts, etc) and localize onboarding procedure and material of the group;
  • Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves, compensation, etc. to answer employee daily inquiries;
  • Communicate HR events to the employee with locally adapted channels, strategy, and language;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies;
  • Employee catchup/satisfaction case investigation to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace;
  • Undertake tasks in performance management;
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.

About You
We are looking for dynamic young professionals with a passion for developing in HR fields.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Legal, Human Resources, or any relevant field;
  • 12 years of intern/fulltime experience as an HR Generalist;
  • Good knowledge of Colombian labor law and government regulations;
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and wellorganized;
  • You speak fluent Spanish and English;
  • Ability to work independently; Problem solving; Analytics & reporting;
  • Proven ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization;
