Funciones principales:

  • Impulsar la definición y seguimiento de iniciativas y proyectos de innovación con las células de desarrollo y otros stakeholders.
  • Desarrollo de los artefactos de customer para el entendimiento de las iniciativas (Customer Journeys, Service Blueprints, etc.).
  • Proveer al equipo y stakeholders analítica relevante para mejorar la experiencia y crecimiento del producto o canal.
  • Hacer el entendimiento de las iniciativas con clientes externos y internos para poder hacer los requerimientos de aplicación y data al equipo de desarrollo.
  • Orquestar el proceso de soporte con los equipos comerciales/atención al cliente y los equipos técnicos encargados de la atención

Requirements

  • Profesional Universitato en carreras Administración, Marketing, Ingeniera industrial, Informática o carreras afines.
  • Más de 3 años experiencia en áreas comercial, de producto o BI relacionados al sector bancario o de inversión.
  • Conocimiento de la industria de servicios financieros y su estructura organizacional (Deseable)
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos de equipos ágiles y auto-gestionados.,
  • Conocimiento de distintas metodologías para obtener datos cualitativos y cuantitativos de diversas fuentes de información.
  • Experiencia en orquestación de equipos multidisciplinarios o múltiples áreas.
  • Experiencia en trabajo con equipos comerciales (como parte del equipo o como staff).
  • Conocimiento en Power BI o alguna herramienta similar
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio avanzado.
  • Experiencia en investigación en diseño estratégico (Design Thinking, Atomic Research, Design Sprint). Deseable
  • Manejo de inglés a nivel basico-intermedio
  • Residir en Bogotá Colombia de Preferencia o Medellín
