Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Customer Support:
  • Provide exceptional customer support on social media channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with our community.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses.
  • Online Community Management:
  • Engage with online communities relevant to OFFstep, such as Reddit, forums, and other platforms.
  • Foster a positive and active community environment by initiating discussions, responding to posts, and moderating content.
  • Content Creation:
  • Write and publish highquality blogs, guides, and other content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ensure all written content is clear, SEO friendly, compelling, and aligns with OFFstep's brand voice.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 24 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences and trends
  • Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media accounts.
  • Experience in providing customer support on social media channels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Location: Based in Mexico or Colombia. This person will be responsible for Global OFFstep's social media & community management.
