Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para nuestro proyecto PlayGround, que tenga habilidades y experiência en
compañías de medios, en el diseño de estrategias globales en redes sociales que impulsen el crecimiento de los diferentes canales de comunicación de la compañía, estableciendo un plan de acción y definiendo los KPI's para lograrlo.


Funciones:

  • Elaborar, gestionar y hacer seguimiento de la estrategia necesaria para el crecimiento de las redes sociales de la compañía.
  • Definir los KPI's que medirán el desempeño de la estrategia en los diferentes canales de comunicación: indicar en qué punto se encuentra la estrategia frente a los objetivos y los plazos para lograr los mismos.
  • Orientar, dar directrices y estar continuamente involucrado con el equipo de Community Management para velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos en redes sociales.
  • Permanecer informado sobre las actualizaciones de las plataformas sociales, buenas prácticas de las mismas y comunicarlas al equipo de Community Management.
  • Conocer las necesidades del público objetivo, las marcas y ofrecer una propuesta de valor notoria en las diferentes redes sociales
  • Desarrollar informes para el equipo editorial y comercial que permitan evidenciar el desempeño de los distintos formatos en redes sociales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y mejoras dentro de las plataformas sociales: dar retroalimentación continua sobre los contenidos que se distribuyen y su performance en las diferentes redes sociales.
  • Velar por la salud de las marcas en las plataformas sociales, así como por transmitir el valor y tono de la misma al momento de la publicación del contenido y la interacción con el usuario.

Formación y Habilidades:

Profesional comunicación social y/o afines

Experiência mínima de 5 años,
indispensable en compañías de medios, como estratega digital, Social Media y/o Community Manager.

Conocimiento en Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Crowdtangle y Google Search Console

Conocimiento en administración y optimización de Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
