- Web Billing Analyst
- Role Overview:
- The Otis Americas Finance team is seeking a customeroriented and resultsdriven individual to join the team
- This position will be responsible for overseeing third party invoice upload and reporting for the North American organization. Which includes customer onboarding, web billing dispute resolution and internal reporting.
- On a typical day you will:
- Upload invoice and other required documents to customer's third party portal within 3 business days of invoice creation.-
- Support bi-weekly Web Billing Tracker reporting and assignment of tasks to team.-
- Support dispute resolution and reporting.-
- Prepare customer account reconciliations as needed.-
- Manage Web Billing onboarding which includes registering/linking customers within our 30 centralized portals and creating new Otis accounts.-
- Facilitate updates to existing customer web billing requirements.-
- Maintain Web Billing Customer Master and ensure all systems align (JDE, SSCRM and SharePoint). Where misaligned, work with appropriate parties to have systems updated-
- Maintain portal listing supported by Web Billing (access, account information, payments, and reporting).-
- Maintain SharePoint site and group mailbox.
- What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Excellent demonstrated customer service skills required.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
intermediate).Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. Experience: 6 months working for the finance or billing department. Education: student or professional in administration or accounting.
