Tu misión


Deberás liderar el chapter de Operaciones, formulando políticas y tomando decisiones estratégicas; así como el desarrollo, implementación y la mejora de procesos operativos en conjunto con los Product Owners y líderes de otros equipos; el entrenamiento y desarrollo del talento del equipo; mejorando el desempeño de la organización.


Estas son las funciones que tendrás

  • Proporcionar un liderazgo movilizador para la organización, desarrollando y manteniendo un entorno de confianza, diversidad e inclusión dentro del equipo.
  • Desarrollar, implementar y revisar políticas y procedimientos operativos, implementando los procesos correctos y las mejores prácticas en la organización.
  • Identificar y realizar mejoras sobre los procesos y sistemas operativos, implementando mejores prácticas de gestión operativa, buscando aumentar la eficiencia operacional.
  • Promover una cultura empresarial que fomente el máximo rendimiento y compromiso con la compañía.
  • Supervisar la elaboración de presupuestos, informes, planificación y auditoría.
  • Trabajar con los principales grupos de interés.
  • Asegurar un correcto respaldo de los documentos reglamentarios y supervisar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones.
  • Trabajar con la directiva para formular objetivos estratégicos y operativos, y planificar las metas de corto y largo plazo.
  • Identificar y abordar problemas y oportunidades para la empresa.

Requisitos:

Ser profesional en formación o egresado/a en contabilidad, administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines.

Tener mínimo seis (6) años de experiência en cargos similares.

Contar con experiência en:

  • Liderazgo de la gestión y administración de operaciones de preferencia en empresas del sector bancario, financiero o de servicios B2B.
  • Gestión, operaciones y liderazgo.
  • Estando al frente del liderazgo de equipos comerciales y/o de operaciones.
  • Nível de inglés: avanzado

Competencias técnicas

  • Debes tener un nível medio alto del paquete Office.
  • También es vital que cuentes con conocimiento intermedio avanzado en finanzas en general y elaboración de presupuestos, incluidos estados de resultados, balances financieros y flujo de caja.
  • Las responsabilidades del cargo implica que tengas un conocimiento avanzado en gestión financiera.
  • Buscamos a una persona con conocimiento en gestión de procesos y mejora continua.
  • Nos interesa contar con alguien que tenga experiência en gestión de personas y distintos stakeholders a lo largo de la organización.
  • Revisaremos que sepas trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
