Scope of Work:
- Process Orders in Niko Health (DME Software)
- Find eFax
- Type in demographics and insurance information
- Find the correct inventory in our catalog and schedule a delivery
- Bill/Confirm Order
- Call Patients for reorders and ask if they need their resupply for the month
- If yes, schedule delivery
- Any questions from patients can be transferred to our main office.
- Call customers to check on refill status
- Post checks to update balances
- Taking care of reorders
- Monitor daily customer service inquiries and offer topnotch support
- Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer customer's questions
- Escalate queries and concerns, and work with the respective team members to
Tools:
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the customer service industry
- Previous experience doing medical customer service / billing
- Knowledge of using any insurance portals
- Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with
- A natural problem solver with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred/Nice to Have:
- Experience in using EHR systems is a bonus
