Position:
Customer Support


Working Hours:
Full time, Monday-Friday,8:30AM-5:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)


Salary:
$800-$1280/month


Scope of Work:

  • Process Orders in Niko Health (DME Software)
  • Find eFax
  • Type in demographics and insurance information
  • Find the correct inventory in our catalog and schedule a delivery
  • Bill/Confirm Order
  • Call Patients for reorders and ask if they need their resupply for the month
  • If yes, schedule delivery
  • Any questions from patients can be transferred to our main office.
  • Call customers to check on refill status
  • Post checks to update balances
  • Taking care of reorders
  • Monitor daily customer service inquiries and offer topnotch support
  • Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer customer's questions
  • Escalate queries and concerns, and work with the respective team members to
- find appropriate solutions

Tools:
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the customer service industry
  • Previous experience doing medical customer service / billing
  • Knowledge of using any insurance portals
  • Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with
- mínimal supervision

  • A natural problem solver with high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred/Nice to Have:

  • Experience in using EHR systems is a bonus
