Join our team todayand experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.Position: The Learning Experience Manager will be responsible forcoordinating, organizing, and implementing all of our trainingprograms. They will work closely with our Learning ExperienceLeaders and other site managers daily to ensure the quality of allprograms and to execute and deliver world-class training for all ofour teammates and future leaders. Responsibilities include but arenot limited to: - Maintain Training Schedule for Colombia andMexico Sites: This is to be worked on daily to ensure transparencywith other departments. - Update all Spreadsheets for rosters forColombia and Mexico Team: This is to be worked on daily, asemployees are added or deleted. - Create Seats for New TrainingStaff: This includes updated job descriptions, duties, and payranges. - Interview for New Training Staff: This should includeinterview questions regarding skillset and culture. - OnboardTraining Staff: Complete overview of TaskUs culture and JobExpectations. - Set Job Expectations with Training Staff: Thisincludes all policies and procedures for training staff. - GradeTraining Staff on Training Skill Sets: This is where the KPIs areassessed and measured. - Develop Training Staff and Leadership witheducation and certifications: In the area of continued education,trainers are expected to take classes/certs. - Observe TrainingStaff during training classes: To maintain excellence in theirperformance, observations will be conducted. - Provide Positive andConstructive Feedback: Coaching and mentoring each trainer forimprovements and praise. - Provide KPIs and standards for eachquarter for Training Staff: This is setting goals for each trainerquarterly. - Provide tools/resources to assist in excellenttraining material creation: Give access to all resources tomaintain job function. - Document information on each TrainingStaff Member: Maintain electronic records to each trainer. -Receive and analyze training evaluation forms for each class: Lookfor trends and patterns to help improve the training department. -Create and maintain training methodologies for the trainingdepartment: Find innovative ways to enhance the trainingexperience. - Develop training courses to further educate currentemployees: To further educate our employees for possible higherpositions. - Maintain strong communication with Recruiting andOperations: Co-create a strong cycle from pipeline to production.Qualifications: - Five years of training experience. - Two years ofmanagement experience. - Two years of BPO Experience. - Strongwritten and verbal communication skills. - Strong coaching andmentoring skills. - Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applicationsrequired. - Strong interpersonal, conflict management, andmentoring skills. - Ability to work on a flexible scheduleincluding weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours. - Highenergy, enthusiastic, motivational training style. - Strongorganizational, planning, project management, problem resolution,communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.About TaskUs: TaskUs (NASDAQ: TASK) is a provider of outsourceddigital services and next-generation customer experience toinnovative and disruptive technology companies, helping its clientsrepresent, protect, and grow their brands.
