Framework – Automation Developer I

Job Summary As an Automation Developer I, you will beresponsible for the design, development, and delivery of RPA, IDP,BI, and other solutions to our clients. Utilize recognized methodsto deliver work products in the following areas of the applicationdevelopment lifecycle (design, construction, system and integrationtesting, implementation, and support and maintenance) addressingcomplex business/technical requirements. Responsibilities - Worksclosely with Senior Developer and Solution Architect inunderstanding the functional and technical design. - Creates andmaintains Process Definition Documents (PDD) with supervision fromBusiness Analysts as needed. - Develops and configures automationprocesses as per the Solution Design Document (SDD) to meet definedrequirements in adherence to best practices. - Complies with andhelps enforce design and coding standards, policies, andprocedures. - Ensures quality of coded components by performingthorough unit testing. - Analyzes, understands, and documents thebusiness processes in detail where required. - Works within projectplanning constraints, communicating any identified project risksand issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly andproviding inputs to the change control process. - Collaborates withOperations team to stabilize, enhance, or fix automations. Skillsand Experience Must Haves: - English – Spanish Language (Oral andwriting 85 % or higher), (B2+ or above). - 1+ years of experiencein related field. - High School diploma. - Ability to build a robotwith direction & guidance. - 6+ months of experience in UiPath.- UiPath Developers training. - UiPath RPA Developer ContinuousLearning training. - UiPath Document Understanding Overviewtraining. - UiPath Automation Developer Associate training. -Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals training. Nice to Haves: -Experience with MS Power BI and database design. - Experience withMS Power Automate or MS Power Apps. - 6+ months of experience indevelopment (i.e., .Net/Visual/SQL/HTML/Macros). - Consultingexperience.
