About The Role

As a Lead Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading product strategy and execution for complex projects while acting as a trusted partner to clients. You'll work to create alignment between business goals and product visions, ensuring best-in-class delivery and innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on business and product strategy.
2. Develop and refine product visions and roadmaps, aligning with client business objectives.
3. Facilitate discovery workshops to elicit requirements, prioritize initiatives, and promote collaboration.
4. Translate research findings into actionable insights, crafting strategic recommendations.
5. Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Design, and Delivery, ensuring alignment and progress toward objectives.
6. Manage dependencies, risks, and project plans, ensuring high-quality delivery on large-scale initiatives.
7. Foster high-performing, inclusive team dynamics and promote best practices across programs.
8. Contribute to talent discovery through hiring assessments and coaching other product managers.
9. Support client stakeholders in developing compelling business cases to secure funding.
10. Optimize execution processes to improve team performance and delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

1. 6+ years of professional experience with digital product development and complex technology projects.
2. Proven track record managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle with complex requirements, diverse stakeholders, and interdependent teams.
3. Strong understanding of web technologies, software development (including coding fundamentals), and APIs.
4. Exceptional consulting and communication skills, including the ability to influence varied audiences.
5. Extensive experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
6. Proficient with collaborative design tools like Figma or Miro for creating or editing wireframes.
7. Skilled at leading discovery and requirements workshops.
8. Goal-oriented and highly organized, capable of thriving in both independent and team settings.
9. Strong English skills (B2+).

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Previous consulting experience.
2. Relevant Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner).
3. Experience mentoring and coaching product managers.
4. Expertise in specific industries, platforms, or enterprise-level products.
