🚀Sé parte del crecimiento de ToteatEn Toteat estamos revolucionando la industria gastronómica con tecnología 💡🍽️ y estamos buscando un/a Marketing Lead Local para Colombia cuya misión será ejecutar campañas publicitarias multicanal alineadas a la arquitectura de marca, y potenciar la conexión relacional con clientes B2B mediante eventos, activaciones, material promocional y presencia en ferias estratégicas. Este rol combina creatividad con ejecución operativa, siendo clave para amplificar el posicionamiento regional de Toteat como el partner tecnológico más cercano y confiable en gastronomía.Funciones / ResponsabilidadesCampañas y marca (50%)Apoyar en la ejecución táctica de campañas de awareness y performance (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).Desarrollar y adaptar piezas gráficas, textos e imágenes según los lineamientos de marca (uso de Chalet y Manrope, colores institucionales).Coordinar con agencias y proveedores externos la implementación de anuncios.Monitorear KPIs de campañas (CTR, CPL, conversiones) y colaborar en la optimización constante.Apoyar en la producción de contenido visual para redes sociales, sitios web y e-mail marketing.Marketing relacional B2B y activaciones local (50%).Coordinar la presencia de Toteat en ferias gastronómicas, eventos de la industria y activaciones locales.Gestionar la producción y logística de folletería, merchandising y kits de bienvenida para nuevos clientes.Apoyar al equipo comercial en la creación de presentaciones y materiales de soporte visual.Ejecutar campañas de e-mail marketing segmentadas y automatizadas, enfocadas en retención y cross-selling.Relevar oportunidades de visibilidad local junto a alianzas estratégicas y cámaras gastronómicas.Requisitos:🎓 Formación: Profesional en Marketing, Publicidad, Diseño o carreras afines.🤝 Experiencia laboral: 2 a 4 años en cargos similares, idealmente en empresas SaaS o B2B.🛠️ Manejo de herramientas: Canva, Illustrator o Figma, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, herramientas de automatización (como Hubspot o Mailchimp), Google Workspace.
