**Company Description**
Our NielsenIQ Technology teams are working on our new “Connect” platform, a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure. Our clients around the world rely on NielsenIQ’s data and insights to innovate and grow.

You have a strong know-how of B2B and digital marketing, as well as of communications principles and technique, and a proven track record of success in executing marketing communications campaigns and programs effectively and efficiently. You will drive the full end to end marketing campaigns that combine all marketing capabilities from segmentation, audience profiling, campaign development, optimization and performance marketing - combined with communications programmes for both internal and external audiences.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and optimizing marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, project management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in working with marketing automation tools, project management software, and other marketing technologies.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing global marketing initiatives or large-scale marketing teams.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial planning, and vendor management in the marketing space.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management
