As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help transform Canada's fintech industry and play a pivotal role in our expansion.

  • Respond quickly to incoming leads via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Make timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and advance the sales process.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand the requirements of potential customers.
  • Provide product/service information to assist prospects in making decisions.
  • Work closely with the sales team, offering valuable insights into lead behavior and preferences.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in a tech and B2B setting.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Hubspot and other sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
