¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades en este rol?
  • Brindar acompañamiento a los equipos en el uso efectivo de nuestras herramientas de gestión de tiempo y proyectos.
  • Apoyar la generación de informes de datos sobre los procesos administrativos y operativos del Studio en Colombia.
  • Supervisar y coordinar las funciones del equipo de operaciones para garantizar la calidad de la información.
  • Asegurar la gestión oportuna del reporte de tiempos, onboarding y re-onboarding, así como la capacitación en procesos internos, lineamientos y entrenamientos obligatorios (inducción y recertificación).
  • Demostrar comprensión, adaptación y cumplimiento con respecto a la dinámica del equipo, la cultura del Studio y de la compañía.
¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?
  • 5-6 años de experiencia como asistente/coordinadorx de operaciones.
  • Experiencia previa en roles relacionados con operaciones, supervisión de equipos o gestión de procesos. La experiencia en agencias creativas es un plus.
  • Habilidad para utilizar herramientas y software de gestión de recursos y proyectos.
  • Capacidad para liderar y motivar equipos, asignar tareas, establecer objetivos claros, resolver conflictos y tomar decisiones efectivas.
  • Autonomía y orientación al detalle.
  • Habilidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
  • Nivel de inglés: B2.
