With a focus on lead generation and sales growth, you will create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goalsOversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO SEM PPC social media email marketing and content marketingLead and develop a high-performing team fostering a data-centric culture focused on growthManage budgets efficiently to maximize sales impactBuild strong relationships with clients and agencies Requirements: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles leading performance-oriented teams and campaignsBachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration International Business Communication or related fieldsProven ability to lead teams successfullyAdvanced proficiency in analytics and attribution tools like Google Analytics Firebase Appsflyer Adjust Mixpanel among othersStrong command of digital media channels (Social Search TikTok Video Programmatic Performance Media) with deep knowledge of SEO ASO CRO UX/UIExcellent written and verbal communication skills capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExperience managing projects in fast-paced environments with the ability to prioritize tasks efficientlyEnglish level B2+ Other skills: Hard skills: Google AnalyticsSEO Techniques Soft skills: Leadership AbilitiesEffective Communication Education level: Profesional Job sectors: Mercadeo y PublicidadVentasSoftware informática y telecomunicaciones Job title: Director
