This role is crucial in enhancing our communication strategy and delivering personalized experiences to our audience.Key Responsibilities:Email Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, content, and transactional emails. Ensure all emails are optimized for deliverability and engagement.Automation: Develop and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and re-engage inactive users. Use marketing automation tools to create personalized and targeted email sequences.Nurturing Campaigns: Design and execute nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel, providing relevant content at each stage to build relationships and drive conversions.Segmentation: Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to deliver relevant and tailored content to different audience segments.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and other variables. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in email marketing and automation, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and marketing automation tools.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization techniques.Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.Experience in managing and maintaining CRM databases to ensure data integrity.Proficient in English.
