The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. This role is crucial in enhancing our communication strategy and delivering personalized experiences to our audience.Key Responsibilities:Email Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, content, and transactional emails. Ensure all emails are optimized for deliverability and engagement.Automation: Develop and manage email automation workflows to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and re-engage inactive users. Use marketing automation tools to create personalized and targeted email sequences.Nurturing Campaigns: Design and execute nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel, providing relevant content at each stage to build relationships and drive conversions.Segmentation: Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to deliver relevant and tailored content to different audience segments.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and other variables. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing and automation. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of email campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in email marketing and automation, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and marketing automation tools.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization techniques.Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.Experience in managing and maintaining CRM databases to ensure data integrity.Proficient in English.
