The Role

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to enrich our dynamic team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will become the 'architect' of our clients' email marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft and implement tailored email marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute bespoke email marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage end-to-end email and SMS marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
  • Create compelling, personalized email content.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance.
  • Design unique customer journeys through tailored email automation.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to derive insights and refine strategies.
  • Ensure technical compliance with email standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B and B2C email marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Pardot/Salesforce, Mailchimp, SendInBlue).
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a history of creating engaging B2B and B2C email content.
  • An analytical mindset, experienced in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in crafting visually appealing and engaging email designs that align with brand identity and captivate the target audience.
  • Ability to manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (optional).
