Reconocida compañía líder en logística y trasporte marítimo internacional, está en búsqueda de Tender specialist senior quien se encargará de realizar licitaciones, análisis y negociación de tarifas con las navieras, identificara la mejor oferta para los negocios generados por el equipo en Colombia y agentes en el exterior.
¿Qué harás en esta posición?
Realizar análisis de precios para identificar tendencias que impactan la forma de fijar el precio en acuerdos futuros en la región-país.Diligenciar RFQ.Realizar un seguimiento del cumplimiento de los contratos actuales, incluyendo los aumentos de precios.Apoyara la ejecución, cotización del proceso de licitación global mejorado para océanos para entregar la respuesta a las mismas.Gestionar la traducción técnica de los formatos del cliente, incluido el cobro de las tarifas del país.Apoyar al Gatekeeper en la oferta en oportunidades OFR nominadas.Colaborar con los equipos nacionales y los equipos regionales de fijación de precios para garantizar que todas las respuestas a las ofertas sean verificadas y validadas.Traducción y ejecución de CPT-IPT-CPT.Evaluar los precios del país para ofertar y compararlos con datos de ofertas comparativos.Comprender la complejidad de los requisitos del cliente, como el transporte marítimo, sectores específicos.Soporte y desarrollo de narrativas técnicas relacionadas con Ocean Freight Solutions.Cuestionar los precios según sea necesario con ROCC. Orientación para propietarios comerciales sobre el enfoque de RFQ RFQ.
¿Qué deberías tener previamente?
2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados y en operaciones de RFQ, con Conocimiento del negocio de transporte marítimo de carga y comprensión de la logística de la cadena de suministro.Ingles B1 a B2Conocimientos avanzados en Microsoft Excel. Profesional en carreras relacionadas. Habilidades avanzadas de gestión de licitaciones.Experiencia licitaciones. ¿Qué recibirás por parte de ellos?
