¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

Asumir el liderazgo del proyecto desde el punto de vista metodológico, realizando aportaciones de valor y sirviendo de referencia para los Experience Designer con menos experiencia

Establecer un nivel de interlocución a más alto nivel dentro del cliente

Garantizar la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos del proyecto 

Entrevistar y profundizar en las necesidades de los diferentes interlocutores de nivel gerencial en las organizaciones

Aplicar conocimiento sectorial, de tendencias y mejores prácticas al diagnóstico y propuesta de soluciones dentro de un proyecto

Revisar y validar los entregables finales realizando las aportaciones con enfoque más estratégico y de valor agregado

Liderar la presentación de entregables y resultados

Realización de dinámicas de trabajo como WS o Seminarios

Participación en las tareas de implementación y ejecución de las propuestas realizadas

Contribuir a la realización de propuestas comerciales o al desarrollo de oportunidades detectadas y generadas en el transcurso de proyectos

Requirements ¿Qué habilidades o conocimientos necesitas tener?


  • Pasión por lo que hacemos y por las experiencias
  • Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años
  • Graduado/Licenciado relacionado con administración de empresas, marketing, investigación de mercados, diseño, ingenierías relacionadas. 
  • Conocimiento en investigación cualitativa (entrevistas, focus groups...) e investigación cuantitativa (encuestas, voz de empleado, encuestas de felicidad...)
  • Conocimiento en design thinking, agile, service design...
  • Conocimiento de gestión y organización de recursos 
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales de co-creación (Miró, mural...)
  • Obsesión por la experiencia de los clientes
  • Organización y actitud proactiva
  • Gestión y atención empática de  clientes
  • Capacidad para trabajar en diferentes proyectos y  con diferentes equipos
  • Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y flexibilidad de horarios para trabajar con cualquier parte del mundo
  • Nivel medio de Office: word, excel, power point
  • Idioma: Nivel alto de inglés
 
Sería ideal que:

  • Conocimiento en diseño de Experiencia de Empleado y User Experience
  • Certificación con herramientas de tecnología como Qualtrics, Medallia, Engage...
