Cubrir la recepción de la oficina dentro del horario funcional. Atención conmutador para canalizar adecuadamente a Clientes, Proveedores, Empleados, Candidatos. Apoyo a Líder de Facilities en contacto con la administración del edificio en donde se encuentran las oficinas para seguimiento de temas tales como: tarjetas de acceso del personal al corporativo, reportar al área de mantenimiento de temas estéticos y mantenimiento relacionados a las instalaciones del edificio, contacto con personal de la administración del edificio para acceso de visitas, proveedores, clientes, candidatos. Apoyo en atención a proveedores de temas de facilities tales como recarga de extintores y servicios de mantenimiento de la oficina. Coordinar en conjunto con Líder de Facilities, personal de limpieza y finanzas la adquisición y administración de insumos para la oficina, tales como papelería y cafetería. Apoyo para gestionar servicios de mensajería.Actualización o Inscripción de formatos de proveedores, Elaboración de Órdenes de compra, Manejo de Caja menor, Control de Correspondencia, Soporte y manejo de agencia de viajes y servicios de transporte. Qualificações
1. Formación Académica: Preferiblemente, tener una formación técnica o tecnológica en contabilidad, administración o áreas afines. 2. Experiencia laboral: Idealmente, contar con experiencia previa en funciones similares, especialmente en el manejo de documentos contables y administrativos. 3. Habilidades Técnicas: Conocimientos básicos contables, Habilidad en el uso de Microsoft Excel, Word… capacidad para gestionar documentos y archivos 4. Habilidades Blandas: buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para interactuar con clientes internos y externos.
