Rol del Puesto:

  • Asegurar la implementación, adaptación y aplicación eficaz de la Política de Calidad, política de laboratorio y los Códigos de práctica globales de Calidad en la operación de planta CTG.
  • Garantizar el mantenimiento y la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y de laboratorio en Planta CTG.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejoramiento de Calidad.
  • Fijar dirección y objetivos de Calidad/ de laboratorio estratégicos y tácticos para la Planta alineados a la estrategia de P&S y Calidad.
  • Liderar la gestión para una cultura de Calidad en todos los niveles de la planta.
  • Ser representante de la Calidad ante la Alta Dirección,
  • Desempeñar el rol de Director general de laboratorio de control de Calidad de Syngenta Planta Cartagena

Responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y gestionar efectivamente los recursos para generar el Budget de gastos para el área de Calidad y del laboratorio de control de calidad de Syngenta planta Cartagena adecuado a las necesidades y asegurar una eficiente gestión de los recursos y garantizar un alto nivel de servicio.
  • Es responsabilidad del gerente de calidad la dirección general del laboratorio y su compromiso con la imparcialidad, la comunicación de la eficacia del sistema de gestión y la importancia de satisfacer los requisitos del cliente.
  • Mantener estrategias para asegurar y velar por la toma de conciencia y las habilidades de Calidad para todas las posiciones en la planta, así como el desarrollo para el personal a cargo.
  • Brindar el soporte necesario a las partes interesadas en temas de Calidad, según requerimientos y en coordinación con Gerencia de Planta. (Clientes, Distribuidores, Servicio al Cliente, para generar soluciones efectivas a requerimientos específicos).
  • Mantener el cumplimiento de la regulación Colombiana e Internacional ISO 9001 y ISO 17025, aplicables a la operación Cartagena en materia de Calidad y competencias del Laboratorio.
  • Contribuir a generar a través de sus comportamientos de autocuidado, cuidado mutuo, liderazgo y responsabilidad activa una cultura HSE con foco en la prevención, la proactividad y la sostenibilidad de los logros HSE .

Es indispensable para esta posición:

  • Graduado en Química o Ingeniería Química
  • 4 años de experiencia en Gestión de Calidad
  • 2 años de experiencia en Control de Calidad
  • 3 años de experiencia en Procesos & Desarrollo
  • Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point)
  • Análisis y toma de decisiones
  • Adaptación y manejo del cambio 
  • Trabajo bajo presión
  • Influencia y persuasión
  • Generar soluciones
  • Herramientas estadísticas y de mejoramiento continuo
  • Habilidad para analizar tendencias e interpretación de datos
  • Conocimiento básico de Lean Manufacturing y 5 S’s
  • Conocimiento de procesos químicos
  • Conocimiento e interpretación de normas regulatorias aplicables a Calidad
