**Job Description**:
Design, conceptualization, costing, and preparation techniques of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, responsible for creating and managing recipes for various preparations, directing actions in the hotel's bars and consumption centers. Articulating bar service in the most appropriate manner according to F&B Direction's instructions, supporting the Bartenders' management from mise en place to service.
Work Experience
Professional in F&B service with solid knowledge in mixology and experience in large F&B operations. Training in wines, spirits, and advanced cocktail techniques. Minimum three years of experience in the role, with creative skills in beverage creation and presentation.
Creative individual with a service-oriented mindset, organized and dynamic, focused on teamwork, customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and quality.
Fluency in Spanish and English languages is an essential requirement.
