Buscamos consultores dinámicos para hacer crecer nuestro equipo de Sistemas de Información y Digital en Bogotá . Tu experiencia, conocimiento y compromiso nos ayudarán a afrontar los retos de nuestros clientes.

Estarás apoyando diferentes proyectos a través de tu experiencia como Project Manager SAP CONCUR .

Sus principales responsabilidades:

  • Definir, planificar y dirigir la ejecución de los proyectos de integración asignados para nuestros clientes de TI (partes interesadas comerciales y afiliadas) al tiempo que se equilibran las exigencias contrapuestas de alcance, tiempo, coste, calidad, recursos y riesgo para obtener un producto de alta calidad
  • Garantizar que los objetivos/requisitos del proyecto sean claros y estén acordados por todas las partes interesadas
  • Facilitar las actividades de gestión de proyectos en toda la metodología de gestión de proyectos: garantizar la finalización satisfactoria y oportuna de los productos, hacer un seguimiento del progreso con respecto al calendario de referencia, gestionar las prioridades del proyecto y garantizar el cumplimiento del alcance acordado
  • Llevar a cabo de forma proactiva la planificación, la identificación, el análisis y el seguimiento de la gestión de riesgos y problemas en los proyectos; formular estrategias de mitigación de riesgos y problemas, y recomendar y aplicar soluciones

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Jefe de Proyecto en proyectos de tecnologia.
  • Experiencia en implencia en implementación de SAP Concur.
  • Conocimiento de las metodologías Waterfall y Ágil.
  • Muy buenos conocimientos de Jira o Kanban.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de riesgos y partes interesadas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español.
  • Actitud práctica. Sentido de la urgencia y capacidad de priorización.
