Job Overview: Your Mission Briefing
Be part of our client’s team as a Managed Service Sales Representative (BDR), where you’ll identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and drive sales. You’ll build strong client relationships, present IT solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, all while achieving your sales targets.

Responsibilities: Sales Adventures Await
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategic sales efforts.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Technic365 to potential clients, highlighting its value in protecting and optimizing their business operations.
Product Knowledge:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of Technic365 and all other services offered by Technic Business Solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position Technic365 in the marketplace.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and project management, to ensure successful service delivery.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, pipeline development, and closed sales.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product performance to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
RequirementsQualifications Needed: The Tools You’ll Need to Succeed
- Language Proficiency: English Level C1 - C2.
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the IT or managed services industry (2+ years).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of Technic365.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
- Bonus: Experience in the IT or managed services industry is a plus.
