Role description:

We are looking for a to lead overheads of the Tequila and Mezcal plant, to ensure the closure, analysis and support to the Mexico team in planning and decision making. Good interpersonal relations, with high capacity to address, proactive and proactive. To follow up on budgets, analyze variations, guarantee controls and compliance with policies.

Period Closing and Financial Results

Prepare and process Journal Entry for the monthly provision for employees. Prepare and process Journal Entry for the monthly provision OVH Accruals Detail PL21A to OVH in BFC Prepare and process ICO recharges Perform analytical review and investigate variances. Ensure the movements vs. previous periods or vs. the previous forecast can be traced and explained. Bridges in FP&A template Reclassifications of accurate CC and GL HC analysis Review HC vs payroll to identify real cost of personnel

SAP

Build and update allocation cycles Build/Block/Unblock/change cc in supply entities Build new cc groups

Budget

Construction of annual budget (AOP) and monthly budget (O&R) for OVH Being a conducive hand with CC owners and users of their budget

LE and Financial Analysis

LE Generation and Analysis Assuring Financial numbers in Personnel by checking on a monthly basis cc CC massive WKDY correction Reviewing Depreciation by asset and cc in a monthly basis Updating on a monthly basis the CC mapping by process and owner Any other requests to support OVH activities Tracing meetings Secure the submission of all of the reports for the legal entities under the position scope, timely and with quality. Constantly having meetings with the payroll team to ensure everything is posted on time

Audit

Supporting in audit with P&L expenses/accruals backup and reasoning

Projects

Participate in the design process, provide insights and raise risks Helping the project teams with the verification in the program of the new WoW.
