**Join Our Growing Supply Chain Team as a Supply Chain Analyst**

Are you ready to take your supply chain career to the next level? We’re looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Analyst to join our team remotely. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across all stages of the supply chain, rather than being confined to a single area. **Shift**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST

**Location**: Barranquilla, Medellín, Bogotá, Cali, Bucaramanga

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Store Order Management**: Oversee and enhance the order flow from placement to fulfillment, including maintaining our Shopify store and other e-commerce channels, managing subscriptions, fraud prevention, and tracking.
- **3PL Order Fulfillment**: Serve as the main contact for all pick and pack processes at our warehouses, including component ordering, PO placement, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- **Operational Support**: Collaborate with 3PL teams to meet daily goals, prioritize high-importance orders, and improve standard processes.
- **End-of-Month Inventory Reporting**: Assist the CFO with inventory reporting and fulfillment cost analysis.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Packaging Optimization and Vendor Management**: Ensure top-notch cold-chain packaging performance and cost-efficiency by working directly with vendors.
- **Forecasting and Replenishment**: Develop and implement forecasting methods to project demand for finished goods and components, and support S&OP processes.
- **New Product Development**: Support tasks related to launching new items, including item setup and sample coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role, including internships and co-ops. Field experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills.
