About The Role

As a Data & E-commerce Analyst, your responsibilities involve delving into trends, identifying gaps, exploring opportunities, and analyzing the relationship between variables such as Sales, Investment, ROAS, Impressions, CTR, and Conversions. Additionally, this role includes tasks related to customer support development, e-Marketing, Insights, automated reporting setup, and collaborating with the data science team.

Responsibilities
  • Support capabilities development
  • Manage Dashboards, alerts, model building, and Key performance indicators
  • Utilize eMerchandising tools like EDGE, Profitero, Nielsen
  • Review performance metrics daily and implement necessary changes
  • Coordinate Do & Learns
  • Enhance analytics from various sources to drive growth
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel Macros, Java, or related languages
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or relevant fields
  • Experience in data science and analysis
  • Proficient in developing dashboards and visualization tools
  • English proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Tools
  • Knowledge of descriptive statistics
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA/ Postgraduate in Big Data or Data Analytics
  • Experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Commercial experience
  • Category Management knowledge
