Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk - LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST

NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This role involves processing all incoming invoices through Bill.com, adding invoices to ServiceTitan, flagging job costing issues, and ensuring the synchronization of QuickBooks Online with Bill.com. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, experience with Bill.com, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Process all incoming invoices through Bill.com.
  • Job Costing: Add all incoming invoices to ServiceTitan and flag job costing issue jobs.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly financial reports and department scorecards.
  • Account Management: Manage multiple Bill.com accounts.
  • Invoice Review: Review invoices and flag potential issues according to the PO system.
  • System Synchronization: Ensure that QuickBooks Online is synced with Bill.com.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bill.com is mandatory; experience with QuickBooks and ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and flag potential issues in invoices.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
