About the Role:

We are in search of a highly skilled and meticulous LatAm Senior Accountant to oversee the complete accounting cycle for our affiliated companies operating in diverse markets. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in Odoo accounting software and possess a robust understanding of all facets of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounting Operations: Manage all accounting activities for three affiliated companies utilizing the Odoo ERP system.
  • Accounts Management: Handle and process all transactions related to accounts payable and receivable.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax documents in accordance with local regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Create precise quarterly reports and comprehensive financial statements.
  • Financial Structuring: Support in structuring financing arrangements and assist in securing necessary funding for the organizations.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and current financial records are maintained.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts with each transaction to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Odoo accounting software is essential.
  • 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in financial documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
