Job Description
As a Product Designer , you will play a key role in leading design projects and driving the creation of exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research and testing, and contribute to our Design System to ensure a cohesive and user-centric product design.
Responsibilities:
Lead design projects through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to final implementation.
Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user requirements.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
Advocate for user needs and ensure the seamless integration of design solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, supporting their growth and development.
Continuously contribute to the enhancement of our Design System by introducing new visual patterns and components.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant UX/design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
Experience with prototyping tools like InVision to create interactive and engaging design experiences.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
